Derek and Kim,

It has been 6 months since your company put in our new air conditioning and heating system and I have been negligent in sending you my thanks for a job well done. We appreciated the professional manner in which the work was conducted as well as catering to our requests and needs during the installation and set up. In today's environment it is rare to see a contractor that puts service quality at the head of its priorities and truly stands behind their claims and guarantees. We felt like AirCon did this by sending qualified personnel to take care of the installation (when they were supposed to be here) and with a total replacement of the systems took care of the housekeeping during the job and afterwards with very little supervision or involvement from us. In addition, the units have performed great and as promised our electric bills have been reduced dramatically.
